On or about Monday, February 7th, 2022, around 10:00 in the morning, an accident between a FedEx tractor-trailer and a crash attenuator truck sent two individuals to the hospital. Troopers from the OSHP said the accident was reported along Route 35 in Wilmington, Ohio.
Officials from the Ohio State Highway Patrol said two as-of-yet unidentified individuals were injured when a FedEx tractor-trailer allegedly collided with a Ohio Department of Transportation crash attenuator truck that was blocking a work zone. Paramedics transported the driver of the crash attenuator truck and the driver of the FedEx tractor-trailer to a nearby hospital with unspecified injuries.
According to Google Maps, Wilmington is about 51 miles northeast of downtown Cincinnati.
