On or about Friday, January 7th, 2022, around 9:00 at night, a major accident between a plow truck and a tractor-trailer sent two individuals to the hospital. Officials from PennDOT said the accident was reported along the northbound side of Interstate 81 in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania.
Authorities from the area said two as-of-yet unidentified individuals were injured when a tractor-trailer allegedly slammed into a plow truck along the northbound side of I-81. Emergency responders transported the driver of the tractor-trailer and the driver of the plow truck to a nearby hospital with unspecified injuries stemming from the accident. Officials did not mention any other vehicles in their statement on the accident.
