Details:
On or about Tuesday, June 22nd, 2021, an accident between a tractor-trailer and a Ford Mustang sent two people to the hospital. Officials from the SCHP said the accident was reported along East Palmetto Street near Paper Mill Road in Florence County, South Carolina.
Police said two as-of-yet unidentified people were injured when a tractor-trailer and a Ford Mustang collided under unknown circumstances. After the initial collision, both the tractor-trailer and the Ford Mustang skidded off the side of the roadway. Paramedics transported the driver and passenger from the Mustang to a nearby hospital with injuries of an unknown nature or severity.
According to Google Maps, Florence County is about 135 miles north of Charleston.
Police are still investigating the accident.
