On or about Monday, May 2nd, 2022, sometime in the evening hours, a major tractor-trailer accident sent two individuals to the hospital. Troopers from the WSP said the accident was reported along Highway 18 in King County, Washington.
Spokespeople from the Washington State Patrol said two as-of-yet unidentified individuals were injured when a tractor-trailer crashed under unspecified circumstances along Highway 18. After the initial accident, the tractor-trailer tipped to one side and burst into flames. Emergency responders transported two people from the scene to a nearby hospital with unknown injuries.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is not far from the exchange with Highway 167, near Auburn.
Police are still investigating the crash.
