Details:
On or about Monday, April 25th, 2022, around 11:00 in the morning, an accident between a tractor-trailer and another semi truck left two people injured. Spokespeople from the NSP said the accident was reported along Highway 75 in Cass County, Nebraska.
Troopers from the Nebraska State Police said two as-of-yet unidentified individuals were injured when a tractor-trailer allegedly hit the back of another 18-wheeler that had slowed to make a turn. Paramedics treated one of the truck drivers for unspecified injuries at the scene, while the other truck driver was taken to the hospital with injuries of an unknown nature or severity stemming from the collision.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is a short distance from Weeping Water.
Officials are still investigating the accident.
