Details:
On or about Wednesday, November 18th, 2020, around 3:19 in the morning, a single-vehicle tractor-trailer accident injured two people. State Police said the accident happened along Interstate 95 in Henrico County, Virginia.
Authorities said two as-of-yet unidentified individuals were injured when the tractor-trailer they were in allegedly veered out of the lane and hit a barrier before it rolled. Both the truck driver and a passenger sustained minor injuries in the accident. Police did not mention any other vehicles in their preliminary statement.
Google Maps shows Interstate 95 is six lanes wide, with a grassy median and a barrier dividing the north and southbound lanes of traffic. The area where the accident took place is in the northern segment of the greater Richmond area.
Police expect to release the findings of their investigation at a later date.
