Details:
On or about Wednesday, April 14th, 2021, an accident between an SUV towing a camper and a tractor-trailer left two people injured. Troopers from the FHP said the accident was reported along Interstate 10 in Jackson County, Florida.
Highway Patrol officials said a tractor-trailer allegedly attempted to pass and SUV towing a camper when the vehicles collided. After the initial collision, the SUV rolled, while the camper fell to one side. Paramedics treated two people in the SUV for unknown injuries. The driver of the tractor-trailer was uninjured.
Interstate 10 cuts east and west through the center of Jackson County, which is about 61 miles northwest of Tallahassee.
Multiple agencies assisted at the scene of the accident.
