On or about Monday, September 20th, 2021, around 3:30 in the morning, an accident between a tractor-trailer and a police patrol vehicle sent two people to the hospital Officials from the Department of Public Safety said the accident was reported in the 5900 block of the West Freeway in Fort Worth, Texas.

Officials from the area said two as-of-yet unidentified individuals were injured when a tractor-trailer allegedly slammed into a police car that was stopped at the scene of a previous fatal accident. Two people were treated for unknown injuries stemming from the accident. Authorities did not specify which vehicle the victims were in at the time of the accident.

According to Google Maps, the West Freeway cuts east and west into the center of downtown Fort Worth.
