Details:
On or about Wednesday, June 1st, 2022, sometime in the early morning hours, an accident between a tractor-trailer and a passenger vehicle sent two individuals to the hospital. Spokespeople from the CSP said the accident was reported along Interstate 84 in Vernon, Connecticut.
Representatives from the Connecticut State Police said two as-of-yet unidentified individuals were injured when the passenger vehicle they were in and a tractor-trailer collided under unspecified circumstances along I-84. Emergency responders transported two people in the car to a nearby hospital with injuries of an unknown nature or severity.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the collision is not far from Exit 64.
Police are still investigating the accident.
