On or about Saturday, January 9th, 2021, around 12:40 in the afternoon, an accident between a tractor-trailer and several other vehicles sent two people to the hospital. Officers said the accident happened on the northbound side of Interstate 985 in South Hall, Georgia.
Investigators said two as-of-yet unidentified people were injured when a tractor-trailer and several other vehicles allegedly collided in a chain-reaction rear-end accident. The tractor-trailer rolled and blocked the lanes of traffic after the crash. Two people were taken from the scene to be treated for unspecified injuries.
Google Maps shows Interstate 985 is four lanes in the area, with a wide, grassy median dividing north and southbound traffic.
