On or about Friday, November 19th, 2021, around 6:30 in the morning, a major tractor-trailer accident sent two individuals to the hospital. Representatives from ADOT said the accident was reported along Interstate 10 at the Miller Road overpass in Buckeye, Arizona.

Police said two as-of-yet unidentified individuals were injured when a tractor-trailer allegedly drove off the side of Interstate 10 and landed on top of a construction truck at a construction zone on Miller Road below the overpass. Paramedics transported the driver of the tractor-trailer and the driver of the construction truck to a nearby hospital with unspecified injuries after the accident.

According to Google Maps, Buckeye is about 35 miles west of downtown Phoenix.

Police are still investigating the accident.
