On or about Thursday, May 13th, 2021, around 4:30 in the afternoon, an accident between a car and a TxDOT truck sent two people to the hospital. Officials from the Department of Public Safety said the accident happened along Highway 47 near the intersection with Leonard Road in Bryan, Texas.
Deputies from the Brazos County Sheriff’s Department said two as-of-yet unidentified people were injured when a TxDOT truck and another car collided under unspecified conditions. Emergency responders transported two people to the hospital with injuries of an unspecified nature or severity after the collision. Police did not indicate which vehicles the victims came from.
Officials cited the driver of the car with failure to yield in connection with the accident.
