On or about Thursday, May 12th, 2022, sometime in the morning hours, an accident between two pickup trucks left two individuals dead. Spokespeople from the Department of Public Safety said the accident was reported along State Highway 188 in San Patricio County, Texas.
Representatives from the Texas DPS said two as-of-yet unidentified individuals were killed when the pickup trucks they were in collided under unspecified circumstances along Highway 188. Emergency responders pronounced two people dead of their injuries after the crash, but officials did not specify which vehicle or vehicles the victims were in at the time of the collision.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is situated between Sinton and Mathis.
Police are still examining the cause of the accident.
