On or about Monday, June 27th, 2022, around 12:30 in the morning, a serious multi-vehicle car accident left two people dead. Authorities from the Department of Public Safety said the accident was reported along Highway 288 in Rosharon, Texas.
Deputies from the Brazoria County Sheriff’s Department said two as-of-yet unidentified individuals were killed when two vehicles collided head-on while driving the wrong-direction along Highway 288. Emergency responders pronounced two people dead of their injuries at the scene of the accident. Officials did not mention any other injuries stemming from the accident.
According to Google Maps, Highway 288 cuts north and south through Rosharon.
