Details:
On or about Friday, December 10th, 2021, around 12:30 in the morning, a serious single-vehicle car accident claimed the lives of two individuals. Deputies from the Dallas County Sheriff’s Department said the accident was reported along Interstate 20 at the Highway 67 overpass in Dallas, Texas.
Police said two as-of-yet unidentified individuals were killed when the car they were in allegedly drove off the side of the road and slammed into a bridge pillar at Highway 67. Paramedics pronounced the driver of the car dead of her injuries at the scene, while the passenger was transported to a nearby hospital where they succumbed to their injuries a short time after their arrival.
According to Google Maps, the exchange of Interstate 20 and Highway 67 is on the south side of Dallas.
Authorities are still working to pin down all the factors that may have contributed to the accident.
