Details:
On or about Thursday, January 13th, 2022, around 5:30 in the morning, a serious single-vehicle car accident left two individuals dead. Deputies from the Bexar County Sheriff’s Department said the accident was reported along Loop 410 near the exchange with Blanco Road in San Antonio, Texas.
Officers from the SAPD said an as-of-yet unidentified man and woman were killed when the pickup truck they were in allegedly veered off the side of the roadway and crashed into a barrier on the side of Loop 410. Emergency responders pronounced a man and woman in the pickup truck dead of their injuries a short time after they responded to the scene of the accident.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is about 9 miles north of downtown San Antonio.
Officials are still investigating the incident.
