Two people were killed after a Chevy pickup truck collided with a wrecker and burst into flames on Southwest 44th Street in Oklahoma City, OK. Local authorities say the crash took place around 2:30 a.m. on Sunday, April 13, 2025.
The first collision took place when the pickup collided with another vehicle and attempted to flee the scene. The driver began to pursue the pickup, which reportedly proceeded to drive through multiple stop signs. It then crashed into the wrecker, rupturing the fuel tank and setting both vehicle on fire.
The driver of the wreck was uninjured, however the driver and passenger of the pickup were pronounced dead at a nearby hospital. Investigation into the incident is ongoing.
