Details:
On or about Sunday, June 12th, 2022, around 6:15 in the evening, a hit-and-run accident between two passenger vehicles and a motorcycle left two individuals dead. Deputies from the Tarrant County Sheriff’s Office said the accident was reported at the intersection of East Lancaster Avenue and Major Street in Fort Worth, Texas.
Officers from the Fort Worth Police Department said two as-of-yet unidentified individuals were killed when the motorcycle they were on was allegedly hit by a vehicle at Lancaster and Major. After the initial accident, the driver and rider of the motorcycle were hit by another vehicle. The first vehicle fled the scene of the incident. Paramedics pronounced both victims dead of their injuries a short time after they responded to the accident.
According to Google Maps, the intersection of East Lancaster Avenue and Major Street is on the east side of Fort Worth.
Police are still investigating.
