On or about Monday, January 10th, 2022, around 7:11 in the evening, a major accident between a tow truck, a pickup truck, a passenger vehicle, and a fourth unspecified vehicle left a man and a woman dead. Deputies from the Harris County Sheriff’s Department said the accident was reported at the intersection of West Little York Road at Bannister Lane in Houston, Texas.

Officials from the Houston Police Department said an as-of-yet unidentified man and a woman were killed when a pickup truck allegedly lost control and crossed over the center line of West Little York Road and struck a car, pushing the car into a nearby tow truck. Authorities said a fourth vehicle was involved, but gave no description. Emergency responders pronounced the victims dead a short time after the accident..

According to Google Maps, the intersection of West Little York Road and Bannister Lane is on the north side of Houston.

Police are still investigating the accident.
