On or about Wednesday, November 3rd, 2021, around 4:15 in the afternoon, an accident between an SUV and a tractor-trailer claimed the life of two individauls. Troopers from the CHP said the accident was reported at or near the intersection of Avenue 7 and Road 31 in Madera County, California.
Authorities from the California Highway Patrol said two as-of-yet unidentified individuals were killed when a tractor-trailer allegedly lost control and rolled onto the SUV the victims were riding in. Paramedics pronounced the driver and passenger of the SUV dead of their injuries a short time after they arrived at the scene of the accident. The driver of the tractor-trailer sustained unspecified injuries, but it is not clear if he was taken to a nearby hospital or treated at the scene.
