On or about Monday, March 14th, 2022, sometime in the afternoon hours, an accident between a tractor-trailer and three other vehicles left two individuals dead. Deputies from the County Sheriff’s Office said the accident was reported along Highway 287 not far from Prairie Ridge Road in Grand Prairie, Texas.

Law enforcement spokespeople said two as-of-yet unidentified individuals were killed when a tractor-trailer allegedly slammed into three other vehicles on Highway 287. Emergency responders pronounced two people in two of the three vehicles dead of their injuries after the collision. The driver of the tractor-trailer and the driver of the third vehicle were unhurt in the accident.

According to Google Maps, Grand Prairie is about 13 miles west of downtown Dallas.
