Details:
On or about Monday, April 11th, 2022, around 4:30 in the morning, a major accident with a pickup truck and two tractor-trailers lef two people dead. Authorities from the ASP said the accident was reported along U.S. Highway 93 just outside Wickenburg, Arizona.
Officials from the Arizona State Police said two as-of-yet unidentified individuals were killed when the pickup truck they were in and two tractor-trailers collided under unspecified circumstances along Hwy. 93. After the initial collision, the pickup truck burst into flames. Emergency responders pronounced both occupants in the pickup truck dead of their injuries at the scene of the accident.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is about 68 miles northwest of downtown Phoenix.
Police are still investigating the crash.
