Details:
On or about Thursday, June 17th, 2021, around 1:20 in the morning, an accident between a tractor-trailer and two pedestrians left two juveniles dead. Authorities from the ASP said the accident was reported on the eastbound side of Interstate 30 in Fulton, Arkansas.
Deputies from the Miller County Sheriff’s Office said two as-of-yet unidentified juvenile pedestrians were killed when they were allegedly struck by a tractor-trailer as they were walking along or attempting to cross Interstate 30. Paramedics pronounced both victims dead of their injuries a short time after they arrived at the scene of the accident. No other injuries were detailed in the police statement.
According to Google Maps, Interstate 30 runs east and west along the southern edge of Fulton, which is situated about 124 miles southeast of Little Rock.
Police are still investigating the accident.
