Details:
On or about Wednesday, December 1st, 2021, a major single-vehicle tractor-trailer accident left two individuals dead. Troopers from the MSHP said the accident was reported on Interstate 70 at the exchange with Interstate 435 in Kansas City, Missouri.
Spokespeople from the Missouri State Highway Patrol said two as-of-yet unidentified individuals were killed wien the tractor-trailer they were in allegedly drove off the side of the road and rolled before it burst into flames a dhost distance off the pavement. Paramedics pronounced the driver and passenger in the tractor-trailer dead a short time after the accident.
According to Google Maps, the exchange of Interstate 70 and Interstate 435 is a short distance southeast of downtown Kansas City.
Police are still investigating the accident.
