Details:

Two people were injured after two semi-trucks collided in a fiery accident along I-64 in Nitro, WV. First responders from the Nitro Fire Department say the accident took place around 6:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 19, 2025.

Both east and westbound lanes were closed for several hours while fire crews worked to extinguish the blaze, while completely destroyed one semi. Authorities are currently investigating what led to the accident.
