Details:
A 13-year-old and a 16-year-old girl were critically injured in a collision with a semi-truck at FM 365 and Labelle Road, east of Fannett, TX. Authorities from the Texas Department of Public Safety say the crash occurred around 7:25 a.m. on Tuesday, April 15, 2025.
Early reports say the pickup was travelling north on FM 365 when it was struck by the semi driving east on Labelle, striking the driver side of the truck. Both girls were transported to Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital with critical injuries. DPS is currently investigating the cause of the accident.
