Details:
On or about Monday, January 10th, 2022, around 11:00 at night, a major two-vehicle accident with a suspected drunk driver left one woman dead and sent several others to the hospital. Officers from the DPD said the accident was reported at the intersection of Great Trinity Forest Way and Jim Miller Road in Dallas, Texas.
Authorities from the Dallas Police Department said 21-year-old Unique Brown was killed when the Ford Crown Victoria she was in allegedly slammed into a Chrysler 300 at the intersection of Great Trinity Forest Way and Jim Miller Road. Emergency responders pronounced Brown dead of her injuries a short time after the accident, while several people in the Chrysler and the driver of the Ford were rushed to the hospital with unspecified injuries.
Officials expect to charge the driver of the Ford with intoxication manslaughter and several counts of intoxication assault in connection with the accident.
According to Google Maps, the intersection of Jim Miller Road and Great Trinity Forest Way is on the southeast side of Dallas.
Police are still investigating.
