Details:
On or about Saturday, February 19th, 2022, around 6:30 in the evening, a single-vehicle motorcycle left a 37-year-old man dead. Law enforcement representatives said the accident was reported along North Loop Drive just outside Clint in El Paso County, Texas.
Officials from the Texas Department of Public Safety said 37-year-old Victor Abram Minjarez was killed when the motorcycle he was driving allegedly veered off the roadway and slammed into a utility pole a short distance off the pavement. Paramedics pronounced Minjarez dead of his injuries a short time after they responded to the scene of the incident.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is a short distance from Clint, which is roughly 22 miles southeast of downtown El Paso.
Police are still investigating the accident.
