Law enforcement spokespeople said 24-year-old Warren Croy was killed when the car he was driving and a tractor-trailer collided under unspecified circumstances on Cougar Trail Road. Emergency responders pronounced Croy dead of his injuries when they responded to the scene of the accident. Police did not mention any other vehicles in their initial statement on the incident.
