On or about Monday, September 20th, 2021, a single-vehicle box truck accident sent one man to the hospital. Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office said the accident was reported along Marion Road in Caldwell County, Kentucky,

Investigators said 28-year-old William Brooks was killed when the box truck he was driving may have sustained a sudden and unexpected tire blowout before the truck rolled. Brooks was taken by first responders to Caldwell County Hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries.

According to Google Maps, Marion Road runs east and west in Caldwell County, which is about 174 miles southwest of Louisville.
