On or about Tuesday, April 26th, 2022, a major dump truck accident at a construction site sent a 38-year-old worker to the hospital. Spokespeople from the VSP said the accident was reported at a construction site along Shoulders Hill Road in Suffolk, Virginia.
Authorities from the Virginia State Police said 38-year-old William Ryan O’Quain was injured when a dump truck allegedly pinned the construction equipment O’Quain was operating as the dump truck was backing up. Paramedics transported O’Quain to the hospital with injuries of an unspecified nature or severity.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is on the north side of Suffolk.
