Walking along the Pennsylvania Turnpike close to midnight on Thursday, November 21, 2024, Isa Muhammad was struck and killed by a tractor-trailer being driven by Shuaiqi Ma, according to Pennsylvania State Police. Reports state that Muhammad, a 27-year-old from Ozone Park, New York, stepped out onto the highway and into the path of the tractor-trailer. Ma, of Fremont, California, stated he attempted to stop but was unable to in time.
