Details:
On or about Monday, January 24th, 2022, around 7:00 in the evening, an accident between an SUV and a tractor-trailer sent a woman and two other children to the hospital. Troopers from the Department of Public Safety said the accident was reported along State Highway 242 and Artavia Parkway in Montgomery County, Texas.
Deputies from the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office said one as-of-yet unidentified woman and two children were injured when the Ford Explorer SUV they were in allegedly swerved to avoid a collision with another vehicle and spun into the path of a tractor-trailer. Paramedics transported the woman and two children to the hospital with unspecified injuries after the incident.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is about 40 miles north of downtown Houston.
Police are still investigating the incident.
