Details:

On or about Monday, May 9th, 2022, around 10:15 at night, an accident between a tractor-trailer and a passenger vehicle left a 33-year-old man dead. Officials from the ISP said the accident was reported at or near the intersection of State Road 3 and Holwager Drive in Henry County, Indiana.

Representatives from the Indiana State Police said 33-year-old Zach Allen Slettvet was killed when a tractor-trailer allegedly struck the vehicle he was driving at the intersection of State Road 3 and Holwager Drive. Emergency responders pronounced Slettvet dead of his injuries a short time after they responded to the scene of the accident.

According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is on the north edge of Spiceland.
