Details:
On or about March 4th, 2022, around 9:09 at night, a major two vehicle accident sent two individuals to the hospital Troopers from the Department of Public Safety said the accident was reported along Business 290 not far from the intersection with University Drive in Prairie View, Texas.
Law enforcement representatives said Zion Raven-Henderson and a passenger in her vehicle were injured when another car allegedly hit their vehicle while they were attempting a U-turn. Paramedics transported Raven-Henderson and her passenger to the hospital with injuries of an unspecified nature or severity.
Police have since said they believe the driver of the vehicle that hit them may have been drinking before the collision.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is about 48 miles northwest of downtown Houston.
Authorities are still investigating.
