On or about Monday, October 4th, 2021, around 7:30 in the morning, an accident between a tractor-trailer and a cargo van left one person dead and sent another person to the hospital. Emergency responders pronounced the driver of the van dead a short time after the accident, while the driver of the tractor-trailer was taken to the hospital with unspecified injuries.
