Two people were critically injured and three more received minor injuries after a semi-truck carrying a tanker full of propane crashed into the rear of two pickup trucks. The Cleveland Fire Department reports that the accident took place on the afternoon of Friday, December 6, 2024, when the first tanker truck failed to stop in time, pushing the two pickups into the rear of another semi-truck stopped in front of them. The driver and one passenger in a silver Dodge Pickup had to be airlifted from the scene with critical injuries, while three others were treated at the scene. The Texas Department of Public Safety has also been brought in to help with cleanup and investigation.
