Details:
On or about Wednesday, September 22nd, 2021, around 1:47 in the afternoon, an accident between a car and a tractor-trailer left a 70-year-old man and a 69-year-old man dead. Troopers from the NYSP said the accident was reported at the intersection of Indian Falls Road and Route 77 in Pembroke, New York.
Authorities from the area said 69-year-old Arnold Herdendorf and 70-year-old Christopher Roswell were killed when the car they were in allegedly failed to yield at the intersection of Indian Falls Road and Route 77 when it was struck by a tractor-trailer. Herdendorf and Roswell died of their injuries a short time after the accident.
According to Google Maps, Pembroke is situated a short distance northeast of downtown Buffalo.
Police are still investigating the crash.
