Details:
On or about Saturday, December 11th, 2021, around 4:32 in the morning, a serious single-vehicle rollover car accident claimed the life of a 24-year-old man. Deputies from the Lubbock County Sheriff’s Office said the accident was reported in the 3400 block of Parkway Drive in Lubbock, Texas.
Police officers said 24-year-old Alex Pancardo Jr. was killed when the passenger vehicle he was driving allegedly drove off the side of Parkway Drive and rolled in the early morning hours. Emergency responders rushed Pacardo Jr to University Medical Center where he succumbed to his injuries a short time after his arrival. Officials identified the passenger in the car as 26-year-old Jose Rubalcava Jr., who was taken to the hospital with unspecified injuries.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is on the northeast side of Lubbock.
Police are still investigating the crash.
