On or about Monday, March 21st, 2022, around 8:00 in the morning, an accident between a tractor-trailer and a passenger vehicle sent a mother and three children to the hospital. Troopers from the CHP said the accident was reported along Highway 101 in Salinas, California.
Officials from the California Highway Patrol said a woman and three children were injured when a tractor-trailer allegedly struck the vehicle they were in while the truck was attempting an illegal U-turn along Highway 101. Emergency responders treated the mother and three children for injuries of an unspecified nature or severity stemming from the collision.
