On or about Monday, October 5th, 2020, 56-year-old Amy Spencer was killed when a tractor-trailer allegedly struck several vehicles that had either stopped or slowed for traffic in Cecil County, Maryland.
State Troopers have said that Spencer was in a passenger vehicle in the northbound lanes of Interstate 95 when traffic slowed. At this time, police allege that a red tractor-trailer failed to slow for traffic and struck several vehicles, including Spencer’s. Six other people sustained injuries of an unknown nature or severity.
