Ariana Williams was killed and five people injured in a multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 71 between Dublin Granville Road and 17th Avenue in Columbus, OH. Columbus Police report the accident occurred around 12:06 a.m. on Friday, February 7, 2025. Williams was reportedly driving the wrong way down I-71 when she was struck by a Ford Fusion, and then crashing head-on with a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Her vehicle was then hit by a semi-truck, ejecting her from the car. She was pronounced dead at the scene, and the Jeep driver and passengers sustained serious injuries. The investigation into the crash is ongoing.
