Details:
On or about Wednesday, March 16th, 2022, around 6:26 in the morning, an accident between a tractor-trailer hauling logs and a passenger vehicle left a 61-year-old man dead. Authorities from the KSP said the accident was reported in the 5500 block of Rucker Road in Henderson, Kentucky.
Representatives from the Kentucky State Police said 61-year-old Daniel Mullens was killed when the vehicle he was driving was allegedly struck by a tractor-trailer hauling logs that may have pulled out of a driveway alongside Rucker Road. Paramedics pronounced Mullens dead of his injuries a short time after the accident. Officials identified the driver of the tractor-trailer as 38-year-old Jeremy Buley, who was unhurt in the collision.
According to Google Maps, Henderson is about 128 miles southwest of downtown Louisville.
