Details:

One student was seriously injured, and the bus driver as well as 13 other students injured in a school bus accident on the Garden State Parkway in Montvale, NJ. New Jersey State Police report the accident occurred around 7:39 p.m. on Monday, March 10, 2025. One child who was thrown from the bus received serious injures.

Authorities report the crash took place on the northbound lanes of the Parkway, near exit 172, closing the road for several hours. The cause of the accident is currently under investigation.
