A female pedestrian was critically injured in an accident with a suspected drunk driver at the 700 block of West Dallas Street in Houston, TX. Officers with the Houston Police report the accident occurred around 9:15 p.m. on Sunday, April 6, 2025.

Authorities are uncertain how the accident took place, but upon arrival found the woman pinned beneath the vehicle. Police confirmed the driver of the vehicle has been arrested for suspected DUI, and the investigation into the incident is ongoing.
