On or about Tuesday, March 9th, 2021, around 9:00 at night, a single-vehicle bus accident sent four people to the hospital. State Police representatives said the accident happened along the Atlantic City Expressway in Washington Township, New Jersey.
Investigators said four as-of-yet unidentified people were injured when a bus allegedly drove off the side of the Atlantic City Expressway and crashed into a length of barrier. Paramedics transported four people to the hospital with unspecified injuries stemming from the accident.
Officials noted that the bus was transporting new Coast Guard cadets to Cape May Training Center.
New Jersey State Police are assisting with the accident investigation.
