Details:
On or about March 14th, 2022, around 6:00 in the evening, a major single-vehicle car accident left one individual to the hospital. Authorities from the Department of Public Safety said the accident was reported along Lancaster Hutchins Road near West Palestine Street in Hutchins, Texas.
Officials from the Texas DPS said Guadalupe Quintana was killed when the vehicle she was in allegedly drove off the side of Lancaster Hutchins Road and slammed into a pole a short distance off the pavement. Emergency responders pronounced Quintana dead of her injuries a short time after the accident.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is about 12 miles southeast of downtown Dallas.
Officials are still investigating the factors that may have contributed to the accident.
