Jesus David Razo Garcia was killed after being struck by another vehicle while trying to assist with a previous collision on Loop 410, near Vance Jackson Road in, San Antonio, TX, on Thursday, December 26, 2024. Castle Hills Police report that Garcia was trying to help another driver following their collision with an intoxicated driver travelling the wrong way on the westbound side of the highway. He was struck by another driver, who was taken into custody. The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
