Details:

A Bexar County Constable was critically injured after being struck by an Amazon semi-truck on I-35 between O’Connor Road and Crosswinds Way in San Antonio, TX. Reports from the San Antonio Police say the accident occurred around 3:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 9, 2025.

The Constable was working a lane closure due to road construction when he was struck by the semi. Reports indicate the man was stopped with his vehicle’s emergency lights on when he was hit. He was transported to a nearby trauma center, and is reportedly in critical condition. Investigation into the accident is currently underway.
