On or about Wednesday, February 9th, 2022, sometime in the afternoon hours, an accident between a pedestrian and a bus sent one person to the hospital with unknown injuries. Law enforcement spokespeople said the accident was reported at the intersection of Pauline Street and Hermon Street in Winthrop, Massachusetts.
Investigators said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was injured when they were allagedly struck by a MTBA bus as they were walking alongside or made an attempt to cross the lanes of traffic at the intersection of Pauline Street and Hermon Street. Emergency responders transported the victim to a nearby hospital with injuries of an unspecified nature or severity.
